Resilient Movement provides adaptive strength and mobility coaching designed to complement physical therapy and support long-term functional independence.

We serve individuals who have been discharged from rehabilitation and need continued structure, progressive training, and professional coaching to maintain clinical gains. We work alongside physical therapists, physicians, orthopedic clinics, VA providers, case managers, social workers, senior centers, Medicare and Medicaid care coordinators, and disability service agencies.

Community Integration supports participation in community-based activities and skill development.

Adult Day Services provides structured programming supporting health, socialization, and functional goals. Services are structured as waiver-approved programming. Not billed as personal training.

EVIDENCE

Programming aligns with guidelines from the National Institute on Aging, CDC, American College of Sports

Medicine, and VA Whole Health. Key evidence supports strength training for fall prevention, mortality

reduction, cardiovascular health, depression reduction, PTSD improvement, diabetes management, and

chronic pain reduction.

No. We provide fitness and wellness coaching, not PT or licensed medical treatment. Programs complement PT after discharge.

Do patients need a referral?

No formal referral required. Patients can self-refer. Provider referrals welcomed and encouraged.

Do you coordinate with treating providers?

Yes. We align training with clinical goals upon request.
